5Gaming Rules

All game outcomes on bk223 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no way to manipulate results — every outcome is fair and transparent.

• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the last recorded server-side status will apply.

6Prohibited Activities

7Account Closure & Termination

Bk223 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, the reason will be communicated before the account is closed.

• Self-Exclusion: You may close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so.
• Closure for Breach of Terms: bk223 may immediately close an account if any provision of these Terms is breached.
• Inactive Account: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be marked as inactive.
• Balance Refund: If your account is closed legitimately, you are entitled to a refund of your balance. If closed due to a breach of terms, your balance may be forfeited.

8Limitation of Liability

Bk223 is not liable for the following:

• Losses in a game caused by your internet connection dropping.
• Technical errors caused by third-party software or game providers.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical or system failures.
• Account credentials being compromised due to your own negligence.
• Legal complications related to online gaming in your country.

Bk223's total liability shall not exceed the amount of the principal deposit held in your account under any circumstances.
